Hell met Checks and Balances today. These are two very important people in COMCEN's top tier. People, you say? Yup. The dudes called them Checks and Balances. Those GAO people are weird, that's all I'm sayin'.

We know other agencies have been testing their remote viewers. We've seen the CIA programs and their techniques. We now think they're trying to remote view COMCEN. And Hell, of course, is their number one target. That's what we think because of "certain incidences." I've not been given clearance to tell you, my surflettes. But I'll give you a hint.
