OMG.....I am so freaking frustrated!! Who are all these people and when are you ever going to tell us who all the original COS Commanders are?????????

Dudes, dudes, dudes, don't be frustrated. Every one of these players has a position and I'll pull out their files when it's relevant. You do remember, out of nine, four were killed/MIA in the Big Bang, right? Only two of those positions have been replaced.
